DIY Hair Serum/Oil for Silky and Soft Texture
Hair serums are very effective when you want, your hairs to look, soft, silky and frizz. A lot of hairs serums are available in market which claims to provide all these benefits. However, you don't know how many chemicals they are using in those serums which can lead to breakage of hairs or make them coarse in longer terms. If you love to make your hair masks and blends, then you should definitely make hair serums by yours self.

Home made hair serums will not only give you luscious locks but also protect them from falling, dandruff, itchy scalp and hair breakage. Also if you think that this serum will make your hairs oily or have unwanted smell then you are wrong, this is going to smell very good and will not weigh down your hairs, so you can wear it after wash.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Argan oil
  • 1 tbs of Avocado oil
  • 10 drops of Lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops of Rosemary essential oil
  • 5 drops of Ylang ylang essential oil
  • 5 drops of Sweet orange essential oil
  • Amber or blue glass bottle with dropper or spray
Direction
With small funnel, pour in the argan oil and avocado oil into bottle. Shake or roll in your hand to mix these oils. Now add drop by drop lavender, rosemary, ylang ylan and sweet orange essential oil. Mix them well again and place in dark cool place for at least for 15 day to merge them with each other properly. Do not ever place in sunlight directly.

Your DIY hair serum is ready which you can use on damp hairs. Dispense out few drops of this serum in your palm, rub both hands lightly and apply it only on strands. This serum is perfect to tame flyaways, soften coarse hairs and make them tangible. Do not put them on roots as it might give you oily touch. However you can apply on roots before washing your hairs or when you are at home and need some relaxing time. As leave in oil, massage this oil in roots with fingers and apply little on strands. Shampoo your hairs after at least 2 hours. It will not only make your hairs more soft but can also help in hair growth.
