Moving breakfast to dessert couldn’t be more exciting. When not up for a hefty dinner, you can have this fruity cup, which is a merge of a light dinner and dessert.
Ingredients:
Raspberry sauce:
- 1 ½ to 2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed if frozen)
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
Parfaits:
- 4 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup raspberry sauce
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 nectarines, stoned and chopped
- 1 cup fresh chopped pineapples
- 1 1 ½ cups granola
- 1 cup fresh raspberries for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
For raspberry sauce: In a small pot, combine raspberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until raspberries and sugar dissolve. Mash raspberries with a potato masher until broken into a jam-like consistency. Turn heat off and let completely cool at room temperature or in the fridge. For parfaits: In four glasses, share half of Greek yogurt. Top with one-eighth each of raspberry sauce, blueberries, nectarines, pineapple, and granola. Repeat layering the ingredients the same way a second time. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately or chilled.
2. Fruit Parfaits with Granola

Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) container plain or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 lb. mixed fresh berries, strawberries sliced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cubed mango
- 1 ½ cups granola
- ¼ cup coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well and fold in a third of the fruits. Divide mixture into four glasses and share remaining fruits on top. Add granola and garnish with coconut flakes if using. Serve immediately or chilled.
3. Berry and Yogurt Parfaits
Berries and parfaits make a lovely duo, so this simple combo is here to please you.
Ingredients:
- 1 (32 oz) container plain or Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 lb. fresh mixed berries
- 1 to 1 ½ cups granola
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well-combined. Divide half of the yogurt mixture into four glasses and share half of the berries on top. Layer a second time the same way with the remaining yogurt and berries. Top with granola and serve.
4. Cheesecake Parfaits
Sometimes, there’s just no energy left to whip up a cheesecake. Simplify one as parfait and enjoy equally good.
Ingredients:
Layer 1:
- 1 ½ cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp melted butter
Layer 2:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup + 3 tbsp heavy cream, chilled
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layer 3:
- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh fruit(s) of choice
Instructions:
Layer 1: In a bowl, mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Next, mix well and spoon to the bottom of four glasses. Set aside.
Layer 2: In a bowl, add cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Divide mixture on cracker crust in glasses
Layer 3: Top parfait with fruits and serve.
5. Cranberry Fall Parfaits
Theme up Fall in a cup with many chewy, nutty, fruity, and crunchy elements. It is the perfect cup for the season.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 to 3 cups chopped fall fruit mix (apple, pear, persimmons, pomegranate, raisins, and other dried fruits of choice)
- 1 cup granola with nuts and seeds
- 1 to 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
In four glasses, share half of Greek yogurt and top with half of cranberry sauce. Add fruit mix on top and share two-thirds each of granola and coconut flakes. Top with remaining Greek yogurt, cranberry sauce, granola, and coconut flakes. Serve.
6. Greek Yogurt Pumpkin Parfaits

Ingredients:
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 to 2 cups granola, pumpkin spice flavor + extra for garnish
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon powder, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. In four glasses, share a third of granola, top with a third of Greek yogurt, and third of pumpkin puree. Repeat layering two more times in the same ingredient proportions. Garnish with extra granola and serve.
7. Classy Red Velvet Parfaits
Bring leftover red velvet cake to life with a flavorful cream accompaniment. It is a simple assembly but the power is in the cream.
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups whole milk 2 (3.4 oz) boxes
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 to 2 cups unfrosted red velvet cake cubes
- Whipped cream for cool for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk milk, vanilla pudding, and Cool Whip until smooth. Divide half of red velvet cake cubes into four glasses and top with half of cream mixture. Layer again a second time the same way. Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Serve.
8. Tropical Parfaits
The tropics remind us of exciting holidays. These parfaits are a fun way to get into holiday moods without breaking the bank on air tickets.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt, coconut flavor
- ½ cup chopped mango
- ½ cup chopped or sliced kiwis
- ½ cup plain granola
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
Divide half of yogurt into four glasses and top with half each of mango, kiwis, and granola. Layer the same way a second time and garnish with coconut flakes. Serve.
9. Peanut Butter and Jelly Parfaits
Peanut butter and jelly are some of the best pairs when making parfaits. The creaminess and nuttiness are so comforting that we could have these parfaits for breakfast or desserts.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt + extra for garnish
- ½ cup sliced strawberries + extra for garnish
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- ½ cup peanut butter and jelly granola
Instructions:
Divide half of yogurt into four glasses and share half of strawberries on top. Drizzle half each of peanut butter and jam on strawberries. Divide granola on top and repeat layering a second time the same way. Garnish with some Greek yogurt and strawberries. Serve.
10. Double Chocolate Mousse and Oreo Parfaits

Ingredients:
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz baking white chocolate bar, melted
- 4 oz baking dark chocolate bar, melted
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
In a bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, Cool Whip, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add white chocolate into one and dark chocolate into the other. Mix each until smooth. Divide a third of white chocolate mixture into four glasses, top with a third of dark chocolate mixture and then a third of crushed Oreos. Repeat layering the same two more times. Serve immediately or chilled.
